Nice to have this back

Location services are pretty off...locations in my city are listed at 12,000+km away from me? And hardly any images are shown in the food menu.

A terrible app. The old points system was easier and better.

I am very frustrated so far with this App. I have gotten only 1 out of 8 visits to register on our loyalty card. Since my husband and I are long distant truck drivers we eat at Dennys many times each month, so this is very frustrating!

When i need a pick me up I know I can count on Dennys. I usually go for breakfast and love how i can get it anytime, day or night. The staff are always great and friendly!

This app is the absolute worst and there is no help from Dennys whatever. Garbage. Wish I could give it zero stars.

I also had issues with the app not working at first but it seems to be getting better. Did find that you cannot add a receipt until a few minutes after you have paid.

If I could rate the app zero stars, I would. The app was supposed to replace the Dennys Customer Card. According to the manager of my local Dennys, the card system had problems, so Dennys changed to a smartphone app instead. I never had a single issue with my Dennys card, but this app rarely opens properly. I download updates, but when I want to log on, it asks me to check my internet connection...seconds after successfully downloading an update. It crashes repeatedly, so customers are forced to carry around receipts and enter them at a later time. Often receipts are lost or forgotten. As a result, Dennys gets to circumvent any discount because we are forced to use an app that doesnt work properly. Bravo Dennys.

Great coffee, great atmosphere, friendly staff. New App has many growing pains, but with more acetaminophen on board, it seems to be helping the headaches the APP started with. Bugs are slowly being Worked out. Its just the poor staff that have not had a formal in-service training class on how to input Rewards!

Absolutely useless. It used to work - several months ago. Ive tried to reinstall it several times (even w/phone restart), but the thing just keeps crashing or saying "no internet connection" while every other app using the net is working just fine; and crashing right after that too. Fix it or stop taking customers time with this nonsense!!! Id send a msg about the problem to Dennys and they didnt even bother to reply.

Apparantley, the Grande Prairie AB Dennys is not honoring the rewards points at the location according to the General Manager.

The app works well without bugs. It would be good to be able to choose a favourite resturant. I only eat at one location.

I have yet been able to successfully enter a receipt into this app. Most times I enter a brand-new receipt, it tells me its a duplicate. Ive even sent emails to Dennys support with no luck.

just updated the app and its totally useless...can even sign in or have you send me a new pin...not thrilled at all...

Cannot login with the updated application. The popup says, "LOGIN FAILED Unable to log you in. Please try again." Ive tried to login several times with the same result. BUT! I can still login with the old application that is on my iPad.

Every time I try to open the menu the app crashes and kicks me out

Deleted program as it does not work login fails. Even though I have registered receipts on the program.
