Big interface problems

The app is hard to use because where you have to tap to enter a reward makes no sense. Then, when you do, the amount field is hidden by the keyboard. Worse, it can take several hours before your purchase code from the receipt is in the system so it unceremoniously kicks you out and you have to try again later. Nonsense!
